Effective Management for Tension Type Headache (TTH) and Related Neck Pain
Course Description
Tension type headaches (TTH) are one of the most common complaints presented to physicians. Did you know that in a three-month time span, 1 in 6 Americans experiences a headache, with rapidly rising prevalence in young adults and adolescents. Frequently, medications are prescribed to alleviate symptoms, while the causative factors remain unaddressed. This population is calling out for targeted interventions to control the disability and pain associated with TTH. Studies indicate that manual therapies and relaxation techniques are proven interventions for TTH. Discover effective strategies to relieve TTH and related cervical pain with rapid results. Explore natural manual therapies and interventions including positional release, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, acupressure and relaxation techniques you can use in your practice immediately for measurable results your clients will appreciate. Be the go-to clinician to ease those TTHs and get people back to doing what they love!
