Emerging Strategies in Flexibility Training: An Evidence-Based Update
Course Description
Over the past several years, research on flexibility training has revealed new insights for healthcare professionals. Researchers have provided updated evidence on the efficacy of popular flexibility techniques such as self-myofascial rolling, static stretching, and dynamic stretching. This new evidence has created suggested guidelines for integrated pre-exercise warm-up, post-exercise cool-down, and dedicated flexibility training sessions. This presentation will provide an evidence-based update on flexibility training.
