“Treatment and Rehabilitation of Orthopedic Shoulder Conditions” is an intermediate level, 2 hour webinar designed for PTs, PTAs, OTs, OTAs, and ATCs. This webinar will discuss and review shoulder anatomy, etiology of shoulder injuries, non-operative treatment of a variety of shoulder injuries, as well as post operative shoulder rehab. The webinar will include informative text, educational pictures and a variety of videos to give the participant a full understanding of the topic.
At the end of this course, the participant will be able to:
- Identify the basic anatomy of the shoulder.
- Develop a basic knowledge of common shoulder injuries.
- Formulate a physical therapy treatment plan for common shoulder injuries.
- Describe specific therapeutic exercises for the shoulder to include open and closed chain exercises.
