This presentation will discuss current concepts in injury prevention and sports performance training as it applies to the healthcare provider. Presentation topics include injury prevention strategies, plyometrics, speed-agility-quickness, balance training, integrated training, and programming strategies for athletes of all ages. This presentation is for the healthcare provider who desires an evidence-based update of current injury prevention and sports performance training concepts.
