Patients with Long-COVID have a wide range of ongoing health problems. This presentation will provide an evidence-based update regarding the diagnosis of Long-COVID, short and long-term complications, medical management, and rehabilitation strategies for the rehabilitation professional.
At the end of this course, the participant will be able to:
- Describe the current diagnostic criteria for Long-COVID and potential complications.
- Discuss current examination and medical management strategies for individuals with Long-COVID.
- Describe evidence-based management strategies for individuals with Long-COVID.
- Discuss the role of the rehabilitation professional when working with these individuals.
