Discover how to program the frequency, mode, volume, intensity, and duration of cardio training sessions to design effective concurrent training sessions and programs for recreational and competitive athletes.

At the end of this course, the participant will be able to:

- Build effective concurrent training sessions and long-term programs for strength gains.
